4. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment with Diatan Health Services, clinical time is reserved exclusively for you:
- Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 business hours' advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to provide required advance notice or missing a scheduled appointment may result in a late cancellation or no-show fee, which is not billable to insurance and is the patient's financial responsibility.
5. Telepsychiatry Services in Florida
Telepsychiatry appointments are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant audiovisual connections. To participate in telepsychiatry:
- You must be physically located within the State of Florida at the time of your virtual consultation, per state licensing regulations.
- You must be in a private, quiet, and secure setting conducive to clinical evaluation.
- Certain controlled substances or acute clinical situations may legally require an initial or periodic in-person clinic visit as determined by the provider.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, branding, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and compilations on this website are the property of Diatan Health Services, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.
